We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All our appointment confirmations are sent as a courtesy via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 12 business hours* before your initial appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. If you have multiple services booked, the first service booked is considered your appointment start time, regardless of the appointment length. If canceling/rescheduling for 2 or more people, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
* ex) 10:00 AM appointments must be canceled 6 business hours in advance by 2:00 PM the previous day, not 4:00 AM on the day of the appointment.
No-shows will be billed for 50% of the amount of ALL services scheduled.
Clients who have no-showed for previous appointments will be asked to prepay or pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.
All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone/text message.
We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure adequate time for quality results.
While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.
Clients arriving over 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the service providers’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
